Loyola College celebrates Teacher’s Day
We owe this celebration to our students of Loyola College. What energy and enthusiasm…! Truly a very special teacher’s day of 2018, and we want to express our heartfelt gratitude to all our students for putting up such a magnificent event. Students have worked relentlessly round the clock, from organising the events, rehearsals, (waking up early hours…till late nights), hall decorations, chair arrangements, preparation of food and beverages. We truly appreciate all that you have done for us..! Besides, some amazing display of talent from signing, dancing to the some catchy Bollywood tunes, filled with some timely comic moments by our ‘MC’. The day’s performances included a number of lively and cultural group dances, (Assamese, Arunachali, Garo etc.) solo songs, group bands, and instrumental music.
It was nice to see the Loyola spirit among the students working together for a common cause; be it celebration, organising, cooking, serving and arranging. “It is education, I want it”. It is training for students to take up leadership. The cooperation, hardwork, and interest of the students council was marvellous to see. “I love that sight, it is education”. The friendship and working together for a cause build persons and communities. We are the winners and beneficiaries. I love it. This is Loyola..!
Kudos! We are the winners…
